The space This charming guest suite boasts a seamless fusion of classic architecture and contemporary design. With its open floor plan and abundant natural light, this home exudes warmth. The spacious bedroom is a tranquil sanctuary, and the living area is an inviting space for relaxation. Step outside onto the patio, where you can savor the serene surroundings and appreciate the views of the farm fields and forest. The large windows provide vast views of fields often dotted with deer, turkey, foxes and an incredible variety of birds. The addition is constructed with oak flooring throughout, 10' ceilings, a large living room with high vaulted ceiling and adjustable LED lighting. The spacious master-bedroom includes an adjustable king-size bed, a full walk-in closet and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The living area is set up with a large smart TV, comfy couch, and furniture high end providing great views while relaxing enjoying your meals and drinks. There is a fridge, microwave, Keurig, and electric kettle along with dishes, glasses, and cutlery - note, the suite does not have a full kitchen. The space is climate controlled, and an air exchanger is always providing a great mix of fresh air. There is a private outdoor patio with a propane fireplace ready to sit around and enjoy a quiet evening. Wood fires in the burn pit are permitted with advance request and only during approved fire burning seasons. The addition has its own private parking area and there is plenty of room for RVs and Trailers. The full unit is backed up with a powerful automatic generator to ensure no loss of productivity during power outages. We are close to several local outdoor recreation areas. West Hill Park, Riverbend Farm, Southwick Animal Farm. Mendon State Forest, and direct private trail access to both Cormier Woods and Meadowbrook Woods. We are located in close proximity to many large organizations, Amazon, Primetals Technologies, Lenze Americas, Dell EMC, Waters Corp., BJs Distribution, UN1F1ED² Warehousing Group, Milford Regional Medical Center, Milton CAT and Nitto Avecia. Only a 4 min drive to Grand View wedding venue and 10min drive to Blissful Meadows and Arrowhead Acres. Guest access Guests' area is the entire 1000sq ft. addition, the back porch, back yard, and the entire forest trail network, back field camp area, and private parking area. Other things to note If you have Mountain Bikes, E-Bikes, or a golf cart (camp cart) you are welcome to bring along and use throughout property with advance notice. The Suite does not have a full kitchen. There is a fridge, microwave, Keurig, and electric kettle along with dishes, glasses, and cutlery. There is a town burn ban every spring from mid April through until mid fall, and no open fires are permitted during this time. On calm winded evenings, feel free to use the propane fire pit, but no open fires are permitted in either of the outdoor fire pits. Our cousin’s listing, "The 1780 Suite" is right across the road and accommodates 4 additional guests. Between the two suites we welcome large groups!
