The space Our apartment is very comfortable and functional and is fully equipped to enjoy being at home. For stays of a week we include cleaning and change of bed linen and towels. Longer stays we give cleaning and change of linens and towels once a week for a cost of $15.00 per week. Guest access Easy access to the colony, the property and each apartment. This apartment is on the second floor. It has a corridor-terrace in front of the access door, with chairs to sit, rest and enjoy the view of the Volcán de Agua and our beautiful garden. Other things to note Our property is located in one of the most beautiful and quiet areas in the surroundings of Antigua Guatemala, just 10 minutes by car to the Central Park of Antigua. We are in a very large colony, we are eco-frendly and we love tranquility to enjoy a good time of relaxation and rest. Transportation is no problem; you can use taxi, Uber, Tuc Tuc and public bus that stops in front of the entrance of the colony every 30 minutes.
