Dressing area with armoire and dresser. There's wireless internet. 1-2 people occupancy. No Pets and children are not encouraged. No parties or gatherings. The space Light filled Cozy studio apartment with full kitchen, dressing area and sparkling bath. Tub/ shower combo, pedestal sink, comfort height toilet with grab bar, and antique medicine cabinet. The dressing area has an 1800s armoire for hanging, a gentleman’s dresser, and built-in storage. The studio has a full apartment style kitchen with eat-in table. The pull-out, double twin daybed, sits on an oriental rug. The kitchen has dishes, pots and pans, convection oven and induction cooktop, stainless refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. The house is walking distance to the town square off Main Street. Mercersburg is a special historic town with a close-knit community. Neighbors help neighbors here. Everyone loves to say hello and smile. We are on Main Street so there is some road noise, with City Hall bells which chime hourly. Guest access Sunny patio area, with outside picnic table dining, that is shared by guests using the larger house next door to the carriage house. Plenty of green yard, flowers and laid back charm.
