SUNDAY check in ALLOWED. RIVERS LEDGE CABIN is located inside Paradise Pointe which is gated & on a mountain at tristate corner of AL/TN/GA. HIKING TRAIL to tristate corner. Paradise Pointe has 1 HuGe INDOOR POOL HOUSE with outdoor deck-19 rentals has access to pool house. WIFI, TV, fireplace, grill, fire pit, HOT TUB! Main floor-BDR 1/king, Upstairs-BDR 2/king, BDR 3/king, BDR 4/family room with true queen bed & sectional. The space Bedroom 1 main/king. Bathroom 1 on main level/washer & dryer. Bedroom 2 upstairs/king. Bathroom 2 upstairs. Bedroom 3 is an upstairs family room with a true queen bed and a sofa. Walk from upstairs family room into Bedroom 4/king/bathroom. Cabin is for 8 guests including children! Upon approval we allow a maximum of 2 extra guests for a fee of $40 per guests per stay. If you bring more than 8 you will be charged after arrival or ask to leave. Not Pet Friendly! Smoking is allowed outside/do not throw butts on ground! Quiet Time 10 PM to 8 AM!! Other things to note QUIET TIME! 10 PM to 8 AM!! Cabin is for 8 guests including children. Upon approval we allow a maximum of 2 extra guests for a fee of $40 per guests per stay. If you bring extra guests & did not pay you will required to pay after arrival or ask to leave. Bedroom 1 main/king. Bathroom 1 on main level/washer & dryer. Bedroom 2 upstairs/king. Bathroom 2 upstairs. Bedroom 3 is an upstairs family room with a true queen bed and a sofa. Walk from upstairs family room into Bedroom 4/king/bathroom. We supply starter kit which consist of 1 roll paper towels, 1 roll toilet paper per bathroom, 3 garbage bags per can, starter dish soap & starter hand soap. We supply linens & towels. If you need more towels there is a washer & dryer. We supply basic cooking utensils. There is not a dishwasher so we suggest you bring paper products for eating unless you like to wash dishes. We do not supply oil, salt, pepper or any food or drinks. We do not supply personal toiletries. If you break or damage anything during your stay you will be required to pay for it. NOT PET FRIENDLY!!!
