The space has a dining room table/chairs and comfortable seating by the fireplace. The master bedroom has a private half bath. The smaller bedroom has a trundle twin bed set. A full bath with shower/ jacuzzi tub combo and a concealed laundry complete the great room. Guest access Guests rent the entire cottage, have adirondack chairs and a sense of privacy on the lawn, which faces the bay. Other things to note The owner cannot control activities and or construction in the area.
