Just a 10 minute drive from downtown Madison or a short walk away from a wide range of local dining options (like Pizza, Jamaican, Sandwiches, Italian, coffee, and more). A great place to stop after visiting one of Monona's many lakeside parks or taking the beautiful lake loop bike path. The space The Jungle is a bright and cheerful 3 bedroom and 1 bath home. We welcome your group of up to 6 guests. Enjoy the quiet privacy of this one level 1950s ranch home. This home has plenty of space, high speed internet, and great amenities, making this getaway perfect for families and traveling professionals. LIVING ROOM: Hardwood original floors with a built-in bench and plant filled greenhouse cabinet. Beautifully furnished with enough seating for your group. Included is a wall mounted 50” smart tv, featuring a variety of apps you may log into or cast to using your phone, and a Bluetooth speaker. MASTER BEDROOM: Brand new, queen size bed with memory foam mattress, ceiling fan, large closet with iron and ironing board, another wall mounted smart TV, side table reading lights, and a few seating options. PRETTY AND PINK BEDROOM: Brand new, queen size bed with memory foam mattress, ceiling fan, closet with storage shelving, and side table reading lights. JUNGLE BEDROOM: 2 cozy single beds, with ceiling fan, closet, and a work desk. All three bedrooms feature comfortable, cotton sheets with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. BATHROOM: The spacious, newly remodeled bathroom has shower head with 3 setting options, bath tub, double vanity with 2 sinks, and beautiful round anti-fog mirrors. Additional amenities offered, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, if you didn’t bring your own. A brand new hair dryer may be found in the bottom drawer of the vanity. Bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and make-up towels are available. KITCHEN and DINING: Fully stocked kitchen to cook, bake, or order out with plenty of cooking & serving utensils including plates, bowls, cups, and wine glasses. High quality pots and pans with a large cooktop and an oven. A spacious refrigerator, microwave, and toaster are available in the kitchen. Fully stock coffee bar with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and hot apple cider, including a variety of seasonal k-cups and Keurig machine, a French press with ground coffee, and a few sweeteners and creamers. The dining table seats 5 with 2 seats available at the breakfast bar. 3 SEASON SUN PORCH: Enter through the door in the dining room to enjoy a morning coffee in the porch or watch the sunset with an electric fireplace for those chilly mornings or nights. The afternoon and evening sunlight naturally illuminates and warms this area. Turn on the string lights for some extra light to relax in the evening. EXTERIOR: The large, grassy backyard is open to the back of a nearby church where you may hear the church bells ringing at noon or 6pm. Neighboring homes are to each side of the home. Concrete slab includes 2 patio chairs and a small table. A security camera found outside the garage facing the driveway for your and our neighborhood’s safety. A Ring doorbell with a camera is also installed. The home is fully cleaned and sanitized with care using an extensive checklist. Inspection completed prior to each check-in. Guest access You will have access to the entire 1 story home with the except of two locked supply closets. Basement access is restricted, but washer and dryer may be made available per request with guests staying 5 or more nights. Garage access is not available.
