The space You will be able to enjoy your private bedroom with a flat screen TV, luxurious linens and comfortable pillows. Also a private full sized bathroom (when the other bedrooms are not rented). You will also have access to the entire downstairs which includes vaulted ceiling’s, and beautiful decor throughout the living room, dining room, and bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, Keurig coffee machine, side by side refrigerator with ice maker, pots pans and eating utensils if you want to bake a meal, den and a beautiful lighted deck! There is also a washer and dryer, towels, hangers, iron and an ironing board. Free parking directly in front of the door (can fit 3 vehicles) and smart TV's throughout. Please note: There is limited parking in front of the unit and please be advised to ensure you remove valuable and lock your vehicles as we are not responsible for damages, or belonging being lost or stolen. Guest access Guest can access the entire home (aside from the additional bedrooms) which includes a laundry room, a beautiful lighted deck and free parking directly outside of the townhouse. During your stay While I am available via text, phone (this number will be provided prior to check-in) or the app please allow at least one hour response time. I also have a house manager to assist with any immediate concerns and housekeeper available upon request for an additional fee. Other things to note For the price and level of luxury you won’t find a better deal on this platform! Self-check in is available for guest with positive reviews. There is a doorbell ring camera so we have the ability to monitor the number of Guest in the home upon arrival and departure. If you are new to airbnb we will check you in personally. I will be forced to cancel any reservation that falsify the amount of guest in the home. If you need an additional guest added please reach out communication is key! Also please read over it and agree to the house rules prior to booking. We do require a deposit on file for incidentals including but not limited to the following: If authorities are called out for any reason there will be a non negotiable $500 fee access to the card on file. No parties or gathering are allowed without the written consent of the owner or TLW Properties if this rule is violated a $250 fee will be assessed. Any cleaning outside of normal wear and tear will also be assessed and additional cleaning fee. We also request shoes are not worn inside the unit due to the white carpets. There is a shelf for you to put your shoes upon entering. If there’s any smoking in the home a fee of $200 will be assessed on the account. If you reserve for someone else or the amount of guest is not correct a fee of $200 will be assessed. Only reserve if you are going to be in the home. If any movie channels are ordered or any shopping done on Alexia/Google home you are required to pay that amount plus any taxes or fees and there will also be a $45 inconvenient fee assessed. Please leave the furniture where it is when you arrive or else I will be forced to charge a fee to the card on file of $50 for my housekeepers to reset the unit. During major holidays a 3 day minimum is required and checking out on a major holiday is not permitted as my cleaning crew will not be available to clean the property. I have a house manager avail if needed as well as a housekeeper who’s available for daily housekeeping services avail for an additional fee upon request.
