No cats please. ☀️ Summertime - It is important to note that High Elevation Mountain Homes in Colorado do not have Central Air Conditioning. ❄️ WINTER INFO & 4WD/AWD We REQUIRE 4-wheel drive/ AWD in the winter months (Nov-April), due to the snow accumulation in the area. The county roads are maintained and plowed along with the driveway. We have a reliable plow service but plowing isn’t immediate and may take a day or so depending on snow accumulation. ⛰️ HIGH ALTITUDE CABIN - we sit at over 10,000ft -Please drink lots of water and bring moisturizer for skin.
