This beautiful newly remodeled studio is in the heart of Mt Helix, a unique community in San Diego close to freeways, shopping, dining and more. Mt. Helix is called the lungs of San Diego because of it's lush surroundings and unique lots. We are surrounded by citrus orchards and are on a mountain giving you beautifully fantastic views. We are located in a private and quiet community just minutes from everything SD is so famous for. The space Your unit has a private mailbox if you need to receive mail. The key is in a wire basket on the kitchen bar top. You have private parking, private entrance, a private patio with a bbq and solar light umbrella. There is ample walking opportunities in our neighborhood but note, we do live on a hill so it can get challenging for some in certain areas. We also live in an unincorporated area so no sidewalks. Guest access Private access up a walkway on the right side of your private parking spot. There are two stairs total to access the home. Other things to note We really try to provide as much of what you might need during your stay as possible. Forgot a hair tie… I have some for you in the bathroom… headache, there should be ibuprofen … shampoo or conditioner, it’s in the shower, enjoy our outdoors a bit too much, we have aloe vera in the medicine cabinet. If there is anything we haven’t thought of or that we really need out of which would be a nice extra to have available please let us know.
