Our guests also have access to our secure Wi-Fi, and a Roku TV to access YOUR OWN entertainment/streaming services on. The Roku TV has some free streaming options pre-installed, and THOSE services are logged in under our Adirondack Herrenhaus account. Please make sure your NETFLIX, HULU, DISNEY+, PRIME VIDEO, and any other app you signed into is logged out when you check out. We are NOT responsible for other guests purchases, and using your streaming services. -Coming Q3 2024: Highspeed Level 2 EV Charging stations for guest use, currently standard 110/120 volt access is available for your level 1 vehicles portable charging system outlets are located on the exterior of our garage. Guest access Full access to everything in Suite #1, as well as access to the communal firepit & seating area, the picnic table & grill(seasonal) all located in the common area. Other things to note Rate is based on double occupancy, just like a Hotel. Please indicate the number of guests when booking so we can prepare accordingly for your stay. Guest violations will be sent a reservation change request and may include a removal from the property with no refund if change request is ignored. We do not provide beach towels. You must bring them. Our bath towels are just that, bath towels ONLY. Smoking: We DO NOT allow smoking/vaping of any kind indoors. For your convenience we have cigarette receptacles located outside, and an ashtray. PLEASE, respect this space, & keep cleaning fees free for others, NO STRAY BUTTS ANYWHERE! Quiet Time: Starts at 9:30 pm. Please always be respectful of noise levels, and others. NO fighting, shouting, arguing, loud music/TV, or excessive revving of engines. Family Pets: We ARE pet lovers with 2 Siberian Huskies & a Yard Lion(Outdoor Orange House Cat). If you plan on bringing your pet with you, we can accommodate you together. Please understand that we make absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS to these rules, you are not above the law this policy lays out. -There is a charge PER PET(2 max) for your entire stay. -We may adjust your booking to include a temporary security deposit of up-to $350. -There is a MINNIMUM $250 fine for pets that cause damage or disrespect, or are found in violation of any rule in this Pet Policy. -It is important that our pet policy is followed by ALL pet owners, neglecting this policy will incur the $250 MINNIMUM fine. 1. Keep your pet on a leash at ALL times while outside your suite. 2. DO NOT walk your pet on our property. This helps prevent pet fights, discomfort of other guests, and pets from destroying areas of the property. The short walk from the property to the Long Lake Nature trail is an easy walk. The Long Lake Nature Trail connects the uptown area of Long Lake with the business district, Hoss’s, Custards, Diner to the Ball Field. This short path around Jennings Park Pond leads to the Historic Adirondack Hotel, Helms Aero Service, and the Long Lake Town Beach. It’s a serene place to walk the dogs, take a jog, and avoid the hill in the middle of town. Over the years deer, frogs and even a moose have been spotted along this trail. The trail is 0.7-mile out-and-back & takes an average of 14 min to complete. This is a very popular trail for birding, fishing, and hiking, but you can still enjoy some solitude during quieter times of day. The trail is open year-round and is beautiful to visit anytime. Dogs are welcome, but must be on a leash. It goes without saying that all excrement should be removed, even from the wild, so bring doggie bags, if you forgot them, just ask, we have them. 3. Pets are not allowed on our beds, or furniture. If you are unable to keep pets off the beds/furniture, you must bring your own linens to COMPLETLEY cover our furniture, and bring your own bedding. Please inform us to strip the house of all bedding and lines prior to your arrival. (any pet found to in volition of these rules will be charged the minimum $250) 4. Barking and/or hostile dogs are NOT allowed. Barking and/or hostile dogs create problems and uneasiness with our other guests. We rely on you, the pet owner, to decide whether or not your dog will fit in at Adirondack Herrenhaus. 5. Do NOT leave your pet unattended for an extended length of time. Pet soil will be documented, and additional cleaning charges billed per hour as well as supplies will be added on above the security deposit. -Any persons that refuse to adhere to this pet policy will be asked to leave the premises, and will not be refunded for their stay. DO NOT WRECK THIS FLEXIBILITY FOR OTHERS! -Pets can always be boarded at the local Long Lake kennel. Adilaska Kennel
