Netflix and other streaming Apps on the TV WiFi (Very fast) LAUNDRY: Washer and dryer are available in the unit. OUTDOOR SPACE: You can relax in the backyard bonfire and enjoy the beautiful view of Lake Owasso. Access to the Lake is 2 miles. PARKING: Parking is available. No Parking on the Street. HOUSE RULES: Quiet hours 10PM-7:30AM No large gatherings or events are allowed, only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. If house rules are broken we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund. No smoking inside the property. You can smoke outside away from the house. There will be a $300 fee if smoking rules are violated and extra cleaning is required. ABOUT US: I live upstairs with my family (I do have a baby but no pets). The rooms are in the basement and have a separate entrance locked off from the rest of the house. I won't be in any part of your space. ☺ We are very easy going, go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. All we ask is to be respectful of our home and neighborhood.
