The layout: Enter on the main floor to find a charming living room, large dining table and large kitchen to prepare your meals! Head to the second floor to find 3 appointment bedrooms. -The first bedroom has a queen bed and two build in desks, perfect work remote work or homework! -The second bedroom has a queen bed, little reading nook and a wardrobe for storage. -The third bedroom has a twin size day bed and rocking chair. Also on the second floor is the full bathroom. Head back downstairs to find the entrance to your private patio. The basement is set up as a cozy game room with TV, couch, cozy corner chair and board games. The washer and dryer is also located on this level. Guest access You have access to the whole home, front porch and back patio! There is a locked door in the basement for housekeeping storage. The owners have some items stored in select cabinets but there is still plenty of room for your belongings. Other things to note -No parties or excessive noise. We have strict quiet hours of 10pm-7am. Please respect our neighbors -Dogs are welcome for a fee of $250 per pet. Please inform us at the time of booking if you will be bringing a dog.
