Just a few steps away is the swimming pool. Boat/trailer parking on site. Lake less than 5 minute drive, 10 minutes to Whitewater Amphitheater and Guadalupe River (Horseshoe area). The space Fully equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator, oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker with pods, Queen size bed in bedroom, one small bunk in hallway, queen memory foam sleeper sofa in living room, tub/shower in bathroom. Towel and bed linens provided. Guest access I will send you the door code a day or two prior to arrival, sometimes it may be the day of arrival. Other things to note No fires in the fireplace or on the outside patio. No smoking inside the property or on the back patio. $25 extra fee for 5th guests. MUST BE 25 YEARS OR OLDER TO BOOK AND AT LEAST ONE GUEST STAYING MUST BE 25+.
