The space This beautiful home is situated among historic buildings and just a few minutes walk to the main street of Amador City. Amador City still looks like a western town from the 1800s. They are great little restaurants and quaint shops to enjoy as well as wine tasting and brewery . This area is a walker’s paradise. So many interesting and beautiful quiet roads to explore or bring your bike! The 3rd bedroom with en-suite full bath and pull out couch is upstairs located near the front door and overlooks the living room. Guest access The entire property and house is for you to enjoy. There are 3 locked closets for supplies. Please do not go under the front deck as we store building supplies there and is uneven to walk in. There is no mail delivery in AMADOR CITY. If you are scheduling deliveries to the property please use FedEx or UPS. All USPS mail will be returned to sender. Other things to note Please only one small vehicle on the parking deck. All the vehicles can be parked on the road. The weight of two cars is an excess of the limit for that parking deck.
