This is a cozy, ground level studio flat, in a newer building. The front patio is unique to the Studio guests. Parking in front of the unit, or behind the building. This unit is ADA compatible. The kitchenette is modest, with a hot plate, microwave and a toaster oven. Coffee and tea. Vaulted ceilings give the appearance of space, and the bathroom is very large. Heat/AC and sunny afternoons. This is a magical little place, with everything Mt Shasta right out the door. King bed, and great wifi. Guest access The entire studio is available, and it has a separate, private entrance. Other things to note Absolutely no smoking or pets on premises. We are located in the smoke free district of Mt Shasta.
