The space Newly remodeled home with formal dining room, breakfast room, living room and parlor on the main level with hardwood floors, oriental rugs, and antique furnishings. Plenty of books to enjoy during your stay. The first floor has a small covered patio off the gourmet kitchen and breakfast room to enjoy your morning beverage. The outside second floor porch has a glider and chairs for a quiet visit. Wi-Fi, and TV available but bring your FIrestick or Roku to stream. There is another full bathroom on the main level of the house. Upstairs, the master suite has a four-poster bed, armoire, and antique settee. The suite contains with a large sitting area with 2 comfortable wing back chairs near the his and hers closets. The master bath has a custom frameless shower and dual sinks with a large mirror. Two more beautifully appointed bedrooms are located upstars with queen beds. The second floor laundry area is nearby for guest use. A spacious hall bathroom is outfitted with carerra marble in the tub/shower area, and a double sink vanity. A couple of dedicated office work surfaces are available on the 2nd floor. Guest access Guests have access to the first and second floor, and the outside areas around the house. This includes a picnic area that will be shared with the carriage house residents, if it is booked and everyone wants to picnic at the same time. Other things to note We ask guest to not access the attic and cellar areas since we use these areas to service the residence.
