The living area features a fireplace giving it a cozy feel and provides a spacious area for socializing. We have beautiful lake views from our deck, and outdoor barbecue grill. The location is also convenient to many other New Hampshire natural and community attractions including Mount Sunapee, approximately 10 mins to Big Lake Sunapee, Quechee gorge (Vermont’s little grand canyon), many state parks, hiking trails, biking trails (rails to trails and mountain biking), rivers and lakes and many wonderful small towns such as Hanover (Dartmouth college), Lebanon and Woodstock which feature many restaurants, shops, museums and festivals. Specific instructions about which kayaks are belong to our rental will be provided. Paddles and life jackets are stored at the cabin. Bonfires are not allowed, this is a small HOA community so large parties are not allowed, we ask our renters to be respectful of quiet hours from 8 pm - 8 am. This is a summer cabin, it is not winterized. We do not have air conditioning or heat, however, fans and heaters will be available. We do not have a washer or dryer but a laundromat is 3 minutes down the road.
