I host a 2020 Beautiful Evoke Rv. It has been well taken care of and cleaned and ready for guests. It is located in a quiet rv park in Porter Texas with an on-site laundromat and extra showers and rest rooms for you or your guests’ convenience. It has a king size bed with a sink and mirror in the master and 2 full bunks and a small sofa bed in the living area. There is an electric fireplace for heat or ambiance. There are purple lights throughout and on the porch for your enjoyment. The space This place is nestled in a country setting with a stocked pond for fishing and relaxing. Quiet setting with nice neighbors. In the county, but minutes from the Showbiz theater and Walmart and local restaurants. Guest access The key is on the porch on the porch in a white sand dollar dish. Laundromat and extra showers and bathroom on site. WiFi is available at no charge. I can’t brag on the WiFi so bring your dvds or hotspot for movie watching. Other things to note Just kick back and relax if you are staying here for work or pleasure. Sleep well at night you won’t hear a peep. I can provide a box fan for white noise if needed. Just let me know. Use only toilet paper provided(rv paper). I empty the sewer once a week with the pull of a handle on Mondays. Then I will ask you to put a rv treatment tablet in the toilet and flush. Very simple.
