The space The home is located on a double lot with a fenced in back yard. It is very private and quiet. The backyard is set up with a large firepit surrounded by beach sand and ample seating for dining or just hanging out after a day at the beach. Guest access Guests will have private access to the main and upper levels of the home. Guests will not have access to the basement. The garage will be available only for beach toys and beach chairs. Guests will have access to the large, fenced-in, private back yard. The back yard is comfortable with a gas grill and ample dining space and fire pit. Other things to note Grand Haven State Park is a quick four mile drive, or a short scenic bike ride on the bike path, that extends all the way into Grand Haven and beyond.
