The Cottonwood Carriage House is located in the Heart of Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore voted most beautiful place in America. The Carriage House is within walking distance to the Empire Beach, shopping, and places to eat. Nearby are hiking & biking trails, beaches & rivers, wineries, golfing, shopping, and the beautiful Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes. There is something for everyone. The Carriage house sleeps 4 very comfortably it includes A/C, Flat screen t.v.’s , WiFi & a full breakfast. The space The Carriage house is a bi-level house once used as a garage and for farm workers that helped out on the Roen farm. Now it has a loft upstairs with a queen and two twin beds perfect for a family or just a couple getting away for a weekend. The downstairs has a small living area, kitchen and bathroom. The Carriage house is equipped with a/c, wifi and flat screen tv's. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the entire space of the Carriage House.
