This is a unique room that is part of a house.  This unit is half of a house and has a full kitchen and a dining area with a refrigerator, stove, toaster, coffee maker, and microwave.  For your comfort there are two queen beds, one futon, heat and air conditioner, and one bath with tub and shower.  Linens are included:  bath towels, washcloths, bedding and kitchen towels, as well as, paper products. Free street parking. Fire pit available for use.  It has been installed in the yard.  Includes a fire poker. Wood can be purchased on our website and will be delivered to your unit before you arrive. Laundromat available next door. Garden hose available on the rear of unit #1, The Andrea Maximum occupancy is up to 4. All late check-outs without approval will be charged $50 per hour.
