The space New, modern space with all the comforts of home with room to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Patio, deck, propane grill and outdoor fire pit area. Two separate queen suites with private baths and closets on the 2nd floor, as well as a queen sleeper sofa on the 1st floor in the living room. Fully finished basement with TV, 2 pullout couches, wet bar, 3/4 bath, treadmill and game table. Guest access Guests have access to the first and second floors, fully finished basement, deck, patio and fire pit areas. Laundry on site. Free WiFi. Smart TVs. Other things to note No smoking or vaping on or in the property - $250 fine. We don’t charge a regular cleaning fee and ask guests to leave the place the way they find it and start the dishwasher, washer and dryer before departure. Our housekeeper will finish the laundry, remake the beds, put the dishes away and sanitize the floors, bathrooms and kitchen. If you have an early departure and cannot get to the dishes or laundry, please contact us in advance for the cleaning fee. Access code for the front door will be sent on your arrival day.
