The space This newer lakefront home has a beautiful view of the lake from the open concept main floor. There is a large back porch with a glass rail overlooking the lake with plenty of seating. Wake up to views of the lake from your bed and enjoy your time in nature. The kitchen is well-stocked so you can cook right there and enjoy the 4 bar stools at the island and a table that seats 6. There are ceiling fans, and air conditioners in the bedrooms to cool off, and a propane fireplace in the living room to warm up. We provide 2 kayaks, 2 paddleboards, floaties, beach chairs and beach toys. This is a newer house, that includes a lower patio with a grill and outdoor table that seats 6. Sit on one of 6 zero gravity recliners and soak up the sun or take the path down to the lake to take a nap in the hammock. From the 6' x 24' floating dock, you can jump into the lake for a swim, or use the kayaks and paddleboards to enjoy the lake. There is also a fire pit, with seating for 6 where you can watch the sunset over the lake in the evenings. If you would like to enjoy the beach you can walk down the road 5 houses to the neighborhood beach. There are some beach chairs and a wagon in the basement to help get your belongings there. We also have some yard games, like corn hole, ladder ball and badminton that you can use. Enjoy your relaxing time at the lake! Guest access There is a locked door to a private area, off the main living space. There are also three locked doors of the family room area in the basement. Otherwise enjoy the rest of the house. Other things to note We have a firm no pet policy. There is also no smoking or vaping on the property.
