The first floor comprises a spacious family room, a bright living room with comfortable pull out sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom complete with a convenient washer/dryer. There are 3 bedrooms on this level with a king bed, queen bed, and a twin bed. Upstairs, you'll find a peaceful bedroom with a queen-sized bed, offering a private balcony perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. Adjacent to this bedroom is an open space with two twin-sized beds, providing ample room for rest and relaxation. Additionally, the house features a driveway that can easily accommodate up to 3 cars, ensuring that parking is never a hassle. With its inviting interiors, convenient location, and ample space, this house is the perfect place to call home during your stay in the Boston area. *Please note, both bathrooms have walk-in shower, there is no bathtub. IF for any reason you cannot do that, please let us know ahead of time. -Guests agree to book under the understanding that the hosts are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises, and that the hosts are not responsible for the loss of guests' personal belongings or valuables and that, by accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm to themselves arising from their use of the premises or to others whom they invite to use the premise.
