You’ll have an easy drive to Rochester, Clarkston, Royal Oak, or anywhere in Metro Detroit. You’ll find the fall and winter months to be beautiful, quiet, and relaxing. Get a trustworthy and thorough house cleaning every 2 weeks, at no cost to you. Your no-stress stay begins the moment you put your car in park. The space You've arrived: Pull into a 2+ car garage, with an oversized door for parking even the largest SUV. Enjoy a full, modern kitchen, or eat out at one of several local restaurants. Watch the sunset from your private balcony. The great room is a perfect place to gather. It offers a relaxing view of the lake, a fireplace, and flat screen television with high speed cable and WiFi service. Outdoor spaces: There is a large, brick paver patio off the kitchen and great room. It is complete with patio furniture, an umbrella, and reclining chairs to soak up the sun. Just a few steps away is your private beach, with a shade tree, bench, fire pit and chairs. We have 2 kayaks, a canoe, 2 stand up paddle boards, and life jackets for you to use during your stay. For sleeping: Upstairs, you will find all 4 bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a queen sized bed, a private granite/ceramic bath, and walk-in closet. A door wall leads to a second story cedar deck with a beautiful view of the lake, passing boats, and the sunset. There are 2 more bedrooms on this side of the house. One has a queen sized bed, a wall of windows that face the lake, and access to the 2nd story deck. The other has a full sized bed. These bedrooms share a hallway bath with shower and tub. On the other side of the split staircase, there is the 4th bedroom. It is a large room with a walk in closet. This space has it's own private bath with stand up shower and pedestal sink. Guest access You will have full access to all space inside the home and attached garage PLUS the upstairs balcony overlooking the lake, the raised brick patio off the kitchen and great room, the private beach, and the private dock Other things to note You will be provided a garage door opener to make access to home easy.
