Since we purchased the property, we did a full renovation for all the rooms. We are conveniently located at the heart of Leadville. Walking The space You will have the entire room to your self. This includes 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The room also includes a TV with direct TV services, a small dining/working table. Towels and bathroom essentials are provided. We have a private parking lot where guests can park, we do our best to plow the parking lot, but when it snows, inevitably it will become slippery, please be careful walking in the parking lot. No smoking is allowed on the property inside or outside. If you need to smoke, feel free to go to the sidewalk next to the property. Guest access You have access to your room and the parking lot.
