Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun! Our house has a huge front porch that you have a water view to. The community park is across the street so you have lots of green space to enjoy your morning coffee over! 4 bedrooms plus a game room means there’s space for everyone! The community boat launch & fishing pier are about 1/4 mile away from the house. We have a large wagon perfect for bringing your picnic down! The space Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed + Sleeper Futon Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed + Sleeper Futon Bedroom 3 - Queen Bed Bedroom 4 - (2) Triple Bunk Beds & Shuffleboard Table as well as XBOX Our house is very spacious in the living areas with the kitchen open to the living and dining space. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you might need. We have a charcoal and propane grill present. You will be responsible for supplying your own charcoal or propane, whichever you choose to use. The bedrooms are generously sized and each offers a closet. There are additional pillow and blankets available for use per reservation. Please ensure your booking has the proper number of people so we can be sure to leave the correct number of towels and bedding. The game room features a foosball table, pop-a-shot basketball game and large TV. Outdoors we have life sized Jenga & corn hole along with dining furniture and grills. The backyard is fully fenced, however, our neighbors live in their homes full time so please note that quiet time hours exist for them (& by city ordinance) at 10 pm. We don’t allow smoking of any kind (that includes vaping), pets, events or fireworks. This is our family lake house that we use when it’s not being enjoyed by guests. Please treat it respectfully so we can enjoy it along with you. The direct neighbors are close friends of ours so you can expect that if house rules are broken, we will be notified immediately. Guest access You’ll be able to access the entire home except for the locked pantry and locked garage fridge (those are for us when we visit). We may or may not have jet skis or an ATV in the garage, those are not available for guest use and are not advertised. Please don’t get on or in them. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for additional $100, please inquire at booking if interested. Other things to note Plumbing: Don’t flush ANYTHING besides toilet paper down the toilets (not even “flushable” items). If there’s a clog due to that, your security deposit will be charged.
