Cypress House is a peaceful, relaxing retreat with direct access to the San Marcos River and expansive natural views. The lofted-ceiling great room provides an inviting common area. Outside, a generous deck and separate covered porch allow additional areas to enjoy the surroundings. Cypress House shares parking and river access with Cypress View River Barn. Our strong intention is to provide a quiet experience for both our guests and neighbors. We expect adherence to quiet hours & guest limits. The space Cypress House has a king-bed en-suite upstairs and two bedrooms on the first floor that share a bath. One main-floor room has a queen bed with a river-view and sitting area with a desk. The other main floor room has two twin beds. Guest access Guests will have full access to the House and share parking and river access with The River Barn guesthouse. The two parking spots on the right are for House Guests. Please do not park in the two spaces on the left. Other things to note Our neighbors enjoy walks on our street, so please drive gently. We are less than 5 minutes to Downtown Martindale - including Duetts and and The Martindale Cafe. We are conveniently located 18 minutes to TXST and downtown San Marcos, 30 minutes from COTA, 17 minutes to Lockhart, 30 minutes to Gruene, 40 minutes to Austin-Bergstrom Airport.
