Welcome to our Little Blue Lake House in the Thousand Trails Resort on Lake Conroe. Do you want to get away? Do you enjoy glamping? We are 45 minutes North of Downtown Houston, in Willis, Texas. Our Tiny Home is located on a Large End Lot in the Hidden Cove neighborhood of the Resort. Gated Resort offers Lake Access with Beach, Boat Ramp and Pool. The space 1 Queen Bed in Bedroom. 1 short Queen Bed sleeper sofa in Living Room. 1 Bathroom Guest access This is a Tiny House, and as such the hallway, the doors to the deck, bathroom and bedroom, and the maneuvering space in the bedroom are smaller than those of a normal sized home. Climbing stairs is necessary to access this Tiny Home. This Tiny Home is located in a gated, lakefront resort. Parking for 1 vehicle is included. Additional vehicles are subject to a $10 per vehicle guest fee charged by the resort. Other things to note Golf Cart is available to rent for an additional fee. Small & medium sized dogs are welcome. 50 lb. maximum. please No Smoking or Vaping of any kind inside the tiny house. No Cleaning Fee is normally charged. However, if house is left extraordinarily dirty or a mess, a minimum $50 cleaning fee may be charged depending on severity of mess or level of cleaning necessary.
