The main house has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a well equipped kitchen. Guesthouse has 1 bedroom and 1 bath. Lake views from every room. Barefoot lawn and pristine swim area. Internet, streaming TV, hammock, horseshoes, volleyball, paddle boards, kayak, lifejackets, fire pit, and more. The space Fantastic lot with incredible lake access and views. The property is on a beautiful peninsula with large shade trees, a fantastic swim area, and a great place to launch the kayak and paddle boards. Host provides mooring poles on the dock for boats up to 23' and 5000 lbs, and 2 mooring balls in the swim area for jetskis. Guest access You will have the entire space to yourselves. Other things to note There are proper beds for 12 people. Sleeper sofas and cots will allow for an additional 3 overnight guests at a cost of 50 per guest per night. Your reservation must accurately reflect the number of overnight guests. Exceeding your reserved overnight guest count is a violation of house rules and will be strictly enforced.
