This charming home is centrally located near the heart of Canyon. It's a short walk to the downtown square, which offers several restaurants, boutiques, and seasonal festivals. West Texas A&M is around the corner for parents and family to visit their students. Families can also enjoy the short trip over to the aquatic park. Palo Duro Canyon is only a 15 minute drive and offers beautiful views, miles of hiking, and biking trails. The space The living room has a Roku TV which has some local channels and allows you to connect to your favorite streaming channels. The front bedroom has a sleep number bed while the back bedroom has a Purple mattress and half bath. The bathrooms offer toiletries including make-up wipes and blow dryers. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, dishes, and basic cooking ingredients. The laundry room is available for use if needed. Guest access The whole house is available for access except one closet where extra supplies are kept. Other things to note The house is kid friendly. There is a highchair, baby bath, silverware, and cups for tots. There is also a grill available for use in the garage.
