Recently converted shed (2020) is 400 square feet with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchenette and common area. Perfect for two in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to Hitchcock Woods, Bruce’s Field horse park, and downtown Aiken. Short drive to The Masters golf tournament (35 min), The Palmetto Shooting Complex (40 min), and Savannah River Site (20 min). The space 400 square feet, one bedroom with queen bed, bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, ice maker, small fridge, toaster oven, dishes/utensils. Common area with a sofa, bistros table and high top stools. There is no TV. A JBL speaker is provided. Guest access Parking is available in the drive way (just don’t block others in) or in front of the house. Take side yard to the left of the house and through the gate. Don’t mind the “beware of dog” sign. Other things to note Please note! There is no TV!
