We prefer the motto: "Mi Casa Es Su Casa" Guests have exclusive access to the entire home and will share the outdoor amenities. (pool, pool table, grill) Other things to note While we regularly treat the property for bugs and insects, please be aware that Florida's sub-tropical climate can attract critters. To minimize this, kindly keep doors closed as a preventive measure. Propane tanks for the grill will need to be replaced by guests at the moment they use it, if guests found it empty we will refund the refill of the tank, but guests need to take care of propane.
