Our house is located on a cove where the Trinity River meets Lake Livingston! Enjoy the breeze and spectular sunsets from any of the 3 balconies. The bottom deck is perfect for playing games, and relaxation. Lounge by the fire in the winter wrapped in a blanket while watching the sunset. The space Fully stocked 3 bedroom/2 bath with beautiful waterfront views. Newly remodeled and freshly decorated. There is definitely plenty to do outside. Fishing, kayaking, paddle boating, playing corn hole, cooking on the grill, or just relaxing in a rocking chair. When not outside, everyone can enjoy watching movies, playing games on the PlayStation, or playing board games. Guest access If it isn't locked you can use it! Other things to note Other things to note: The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots/pans, plates, bowls, keurig, coffee marker, etc. Just bring your food (cooking oils, spices etc.), and you will be all set. Kindly note that the closest grocery store is 15-20 minutes away. Bed linens and bath towels are provided. Please bring outside towels for by the lake and outside use.
