Four-wheel drive is not required. Just drive slowly. You’ll receive directions to the ranch once you’ve booked your stay. You'll have access to the ranch house and the 10 acres surrounding the property. Other things to note NO PARTIES/EVENTS/FILM/PHOTOSHOOTS/WEDDINGS without prior written approval, applicable fees and permits. PETS. We love 'em! 1- dog per booking ($75/fee) and horses are permitted (additional fees may apply). HOT TUB/COWBOY POOL. Guest will assume liability for all losses, costs, damages, claims, liabilities and expenses related to pool use by Guest, other occupants, their guests, and their pets. *The cowboy pool is open seasonally during warm weather months. If additional guests above your booking are approved, you will be charged (starting at) $100 per day, per guest plus a cleaning fee. We use satellite Wifi with the best connection available. Like many areas in the desert, there could be outages, including the power. If this happens please alert the ranch host so we can take the proper steps to have everything restored as soon as possible. Cell phone service may vary depending on your provider. While the ranch feels remote, you should not have a problem getting reception. Laundry service is available by request. Please notify the ranch host. Airbnb handles all payments and deposits. Please review the House Rules for additional fees that may be applied. Quiet hours are 8PM to 8AM. While the ranch is home to 10 private acres, sound does travel in the desert.
