Adorable tiny house located just 1/2 block to Lake Waubesa with public lake access. It's a 1/2 mile walk to the Yahara bike path, access to the Capital City bike path and into downtown Madison. Spacious, open living room. A brand new kitchen with butcher block countertops. One bedroom with an attached full bath. Laminate hardwood floors throughout. 2 car parking pad. Large backyard with a firepit, brand new fence, and a nice view of the lake. The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming. The space You will never know this is smaller space with the amount of windows and bright light. A breakfast peninsula with ample sit in capabilities that leave the kitchen feeling open and inviting. There is brand new walnut butcher block countertops and white cabinets to give you that open air concept while feeling at home. The barn door accent provides privacy for the bedroom while offering a unique focal point when not in use. Great big backyard with a cedar fence to separate you from the neighbors, it is not fully fenced in however. We have a fire pit to enjoy in the summer months. The yard is even full of flowers blooming all summer. Guest access You will have the entire space with keyless entry. There is a key available upon request. To lock: after opening the house with the key pad the door is still in lock mode once you shut the door. The dead bolt is to put the door in the "unlocked" mode. When you leave all you have to do is make sure the deadbolt is horizontal to the floor and shut the door. Other things to note The neighborhood is very friendly and quiet. Lots of people taking walks with their kids or dogs! We all value privacy and safety. Please disclose pet at the time of booking. There is a $35 pet deposit. If you do not disclose a pet at the time of booking and we find out after you check out, the fee will be $50. Please clean up after your pet in the yard with the provided materials. There is a tie out in the yard for your dog as the fence is for privacy, and not the yard is not completely fenced in. Also garbage day is Tuesday, so if your stay falls on that day, please bring the trash cans to the opposite side of the curb. Thank you.
