The space The furnished holiday apartment is on the 1st floor. 1 bedroom with king size bed and two single beds 1 bedroom with three boxspring beds 1 bedroom with two boxring beds 1 spacious bathroom with toilet, shower and bathtub 1 other open dining and living room with exit to the large terrace; in the dining room there is a fridge, kettle and coffee machine, microwave and oven as well as dishes and cutlery. Guest access Our guests can use the apartment exclusively on the 1st floor. A free parking space is also available right outside the front door. Garage space is also available for an extra charge. Other things to note There is a small kitchenette with sink. Additionally we offer fridge, kettle, cooking plate, coffee maker as well as a microwave with dishes. If you have any further needs please ask us in advance. Quiet time guests must be quiet between 10 pm and 6 am. Parties are not allowed on the terrace and inside the house. Children and extra beds children of all ages are welcome. This place can accommodate cribs. We can offer up to three cribs. Please contact us in advance if you need a crib. There is room for extra beds at this property We can provide an extra bed. Let us know if you need an extra bed. Smoking The apartment is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted. All common and private areas non-smoking. If the neighbors are not disturbed, there is a possibility of smoking at the terrace. Garbage Please note the waste separation and disposal in the apartment. In the entrance area, you will find the trash cans for paper and yellow sack. Other trash cans for residual waste (black) and paper (blue) are located in the vaulted cellar next door. The key is in the entrance area. Partyparties /events are not allowed on the terrace and in the house. Parking Please note that during the season, the offer of public parking spaces in our recreation area is limited. We offer a parking space at your doorstep for a normal car per booking. If you want to come to us with a large car or more than one car, please contact us in advance. We'll find a solution. Tourist tax Please note that in our resort for private / tourist overnight stays a tourist tax of 3,00€ per person / night is payable to the municipality. The tourist tax is not included in the price and has to be paid no later than upon arrival. We have to forward the tourist tax to the municipality as a host. Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance.
