Come retreat, relax, rejuvenate here at Pecan Point! The space OUTSIDE we LOVE: our 160’ waterfront lake view!!; our relaxing back deck where 6 can dine and an additional 4 can sit on the large size rockers flanked by 2 outdoor fans; our lakeside fire pit that seats 8; our outdoor summer shower; our toy shack with 4 kayaks, Lilypad, and outdoor games such as corn hole and croquet; and certainly not least our new boat dock with an extended walkway that puts you about 90+ feet into the water. Here you can swim off the party deck, fish, or relax on two swings after turning on our mounted deck fan. You may bring your V-hull boat (up to 24' and less than 6000 pounds) or a personal watercraft, but please let us know BEFORE booking so you can sign our required Dock Usage Agreement and provide proof of boaters liability insurance. Boat rentals are not allowed on the dock due to liability issues. INSIDE we LOVE: our panoramic lake view that stretches from the dining room through our open concept living room that seats 9 comfortably; our dining room that seats 10 plus another 4 at a lakeview bar table; our kitchen that is easy to work in and is well labeled and stocked; an additional small frig for extra drinks is located in our game room that includes a smart TV, ping pong, air hockey and a closet full of family board games/puzzles; our 3 charming bedrooms that offer vanity areas in each room. Two of the bedrooms have quiet reading nooks and the master has a smart TV. The game room is downstairs and converts to a 4th bedroom offering a sleeper sofa with a thick mattress (no bar) and a lockable door. STR Permit # 24-000008 Guest access The whole property is yours when you book your stay. Other things to note *Our driveway accommodates parking for 4 full size vehicles. If you bring a truck and boat trailer there is enough parking for 2 additional cars. *ALL 3 bedrooms and a bathroom are UPSTAIRS. We do love the charming cottage design but please be mindful of a few low angled ceilings. There is a fold out couch in the Game Room that can serve as a downstairs bedroom. *For the protection of our property, there are exterior security cameras at the front door, overlooking the driveway, backyard, side entry, and boat dock that record 24/7. There are NO cameras inside the house. We ask for quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. * Maximum number of guests on the property is 10 guests and the minimum age of primary renter must be 27 years of age. *No pets, smoking/vaping/e-cigarettes, underage drinking, or fireworks (which are prohibited by the city and by Trinity River Water District) inside our home nor on the property. *A signed Dock Usage Agreement and proof of Boaters Liability Insurance are required to bring a boat or PWC. Sorry no rental boats are allowed on the dock as hey are uninsured.
