Guest access The guests will have private access to the entire inside of the home and exterior of the property, with private use of the pool, hot tub and outdoor areas. Other things to note Additional payment is required if you would like to heat the pool, and is $100.00 per night. If you confirm you would like the pool heated please provide the dates that the heating is requested. Payment will be requested by me, through Airbnb after check in. We kindly ask that you "accept" the request once submitted, to process the charge. Please note* It does take approximately 12 hours to heat the pool so please reach out to us a minimum 12 hours before check-in so we can accommodate, as we do our best to conserve energy!
