NO SMOKING IN HOME OR ON PROPERTY; No e-cigarettes, no vaping, no cigarettes QUIET HOURS: 10PM-7AM WILDLIFE: This is an open space property with no fencing. Many enjoy the 180 degree views and the trail on the property. Many are excited at the prospect of seeing or hearing wildlife. It feels like a bird sanctuary at times. There are coyote, mice, insects, spiders, venomous snakes, birds, bats, raccoons, possums, ground squirrels, etc. If this is not a good fit for you, please be aware. Sorry no pets. CAMERAS: For security- we have outside cameras only. NO cameras are inside the home. Cameras are motion activated and record movement but no audio recording. VISITORS: NO visitors-every person must be registered on the reservation. NO events, NO parties, etc. MASTER BEDROOM: Master bathroom is a shower only, no tub.
