Other things to note ◆ Please note that guests must climb some steps to enter the house: two steps to access the back door, and the basement has a few steps going down. ◆ Pets are not allowed without prior authorization. If approved, there is a $95 fee for up to 2 dogs (no weight limit). For more than 2 pets, we will charge two pet fees. Please do not arrive with unauthorized pets, as this will result in a $200 fine plus the standard pet fee of $200. Please contact us in advance if you’ll be traveling with your pets. ◆ Wi-Fi, 4 Smart TVs, bed linens, bath towels, the heated Jacuzzi, BBQ grill, and more are provided free during your stay. ◆ Please note that the hot tub is on a bi-weekly cleaning contract with Ohio Pools & Spas. They come two times a week to check levels and do a deep cleaning. In between their services, guests are free to sift/clean to their liking. ◆ We provide some complimentary basic essentials upon your arrival to help you get started, like soap, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Plus, trash bags for each trash bin, a roll of paper towels, and some laundry detergent. Supplies can be found in the basement under the kitchen and/or bathroom sinks or in the laundry area. Once you run out of any item, note that these items are not replenished, and you’d need to purchase more as needed. ◆ DO NOT LEAVE children/minors unattended at the property. ◆ Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. HOUSE RULES: ✔ The primary guest is responsible for relaying the house rules to additional guests. ✔ The primary guest is also responsible for the actions of all other guests on the property, including any charges accrued. ✔ Renters agree to cover any charges related to damages that occurred during their stay or necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. ✔ Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay. ✔ No unregistered guests are allowed in the unit or on the property without host permission. ✔ No parties or events are permitted, and illegal activity is prohibited. Excessive noise will not be tolerated. Please be respectful of the neighbors. ✔ No loud music. Please note there is a noise detection system (MINUT) installed on this property. Tampering with or removing this piece of equipment will result in a $200 fee and immediate removal from the unit. ✔ No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty. ✔ No tents or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. ✔ Please avoid moving furniture.
