It sleeps 12. Although this house has a check-in of 4 pm many times, we can usually have the house ready by 3 pm, if requested. Sofas in living can sleep three, but they are not sleeper sofas. There may be laundry in the dryer. This is because the housekeeper works to get the unit ready as soon as possible for your potential early arrival. If you need to use the dryer, simply take the pile of clean laundry and set it to the side. There is no reason for you to fold the laundry. Please don't use towels or sheets that are left in the dryer. There will be plenty available to you for your use during your stay. Please note, this property is currently listed for sale, and by booking, we may ask for your approval to let potential buyer and their agent to take brief, scheduled tour during your stay. We will, of course, coordinate the time, for your convenience and will work to stay out of your way. If this is a dealbreaker for you, you can state at the time of making the reservation that you are not comfortable with this aspect, and we will plan accordingly. We will always aim to provide as much advance notice as possible to minimize any inconvenience. Rest assured, we prioritize your privacy and comfort and will ensure these visits are quick and respectful of your time. $400 per month utilities are collected in advance separate from the reservation for any stays 30 days or longer. This covers high-speed internet, water and sewer, trash, electric, and gas. This money is collected by the host through the Airbnb app before your reservation begins. Please be advised that maintenance will do routine lawn care (mowing, weed eating, insect treatments, etc.) and may be scheduled at any time during your stay. We will not call and tell you they are coming. They will never need to enter the house. Please note that when reporting maintenance issues, it's important to be responsive and cooperative to help resolve the matter quickly, especially if access to the house is required for repairs.
