Our home has been lovingly renovated with: new kitchen complete with dishwasher, new bathroom, new flooring, washer/dryer, and mini-split heat/AC. All of these upgrades for comfort while maintaining its original cottage charm! We are located a 2 minute walk from Leavitt Beach, 1 mile from Moulton Farms, and 5 minutes from Meredith Center. Sarah and John are always available to answer any questions or offer up local recommendations both before and during your stay. The space Leavitt Beach, and all Meredith beaches, are usually reserved for residents only since you need a parking permit to park at all town beaches. However, our guests have easy access as our cottage is only a 2 minute walk away. No permit is required for walking to the beach. We are located in a safe, quiet family neighborhood. We ask that you respect our neighbors. Parties are strictly prohibited and loud noises should be avoided after 10pm. We do allow one well-behaved dog per booking. All pets must be approved in advance, so please message us so we can review. For multiple pet exceptions, please message us before booking. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home. There is a small section of the shed that is for property maintenance, but that will be defined in the Guest Book. Other things to note All guests will be directed after booking to sign our standard rental agreement and place a deposit hold. Please sign within 24 hours of booking in order to ensure your reservation is complete. We are well-behaved pet friendly, but ask that guest reach out to us at time of booking to review the rules. We allow one dog per booking. Owners must clean up after their dog and ensure they remain off furniture. Dog must remain leashed when outdoors. Parties are strictly prohibited. Only guests named on the booking are permitted. Out of courtesy for our neighbors, please keep noise to a respectful level between 10pm and 8am.
