Highly recommend you bring additional items too! ENTRY: There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The personalized entry code will be provided to you 3 days before arrival. GARDEN & OUTDOOR: There is a meditation garden with exotic plants for your own personal serenity. Outdoor includes a cowboy pool, hot tub, sun tanners to lay outside in, a patio connected to the bedrooms, and a firepit area. ENTERTAINMENT: Outside firepit to keep you and your party warm, smart TV for entertainment needs, telescope for stargazing, and ping pong table for the competitive spirit. PARKING: Parking inside the gate to the house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 vehicles. THE DRIVE: Paved road up towards the property with a small diversion on a dirt road for about a block until you reach the property. INTERNET: The house has reliable high-speed internet which makes for a perfect work-cation getaway! You can access your Hulu & Netflix accounts with the Smart TV. Failure to do so may result in the accumulation of dirt, debris, and contaminants in the water, which can compromise the overall experience for all users. ● No pets of any kind or size in hot tub and pool. ● Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub and pool. ● Please do not stand or sit on hot tub or pool cover. ● Children must be supervised at all times. ● Please heat the hot tub with cover on and avoid the urge to add hot water from the stove, it will damage the hot tub ● Please leave spa covers on and secured after use. Please be advised that if the condition of the hot tub and pool is left in poor conditions due to guests not rinsing their body and feet, an additional fee may be charged for excessive dirtiness. This fee will cover the cost of the necessary cleaning and maintenance required to restore the hot tub and pool to its optimal condition. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a clean and enjoyable environment for all guests. By adhering to this requirement, we can ensure that everyone can fully enjoy the benefits of our hot tub and pool facilities. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! POOL & SPA SERVICE - The hot tub and pool is serviced every Monday and Thursday by our maintenance pool guy who will access the backyard and be in and out quickly. Usually guests don’t even notice him, but just a heads up in case you see him servicing the spa. SECURITY: One security camera is located at the front of the house for your security. NO cameras inside the property. * Please be aware that parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited in this house. We prioritize the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all our guests, as well as our neighbors. We kindly request that you respect this policy during your stay. Failure to do so, will result in a $500 fine for guests. * When available, we do offer early check in & late check out when prearranged the fee is $50/hr. When not prearranged the late check out fee is $100/hr to cover a larger emergency cleaning team so we can meet the expectations of the guest checking in after you We will gladly accommodate luggage, refrigerator item drop off etc when prearranged with a 48hr notice and a $60 prepaid fee.
