Work or Play is a downstairs apartment with lots of natural light, its own driveway and entrance, located in a residential neighborhood. A short drive to restaurants, grocery store and the beautiful town of Steilacoom with its great water views. The living room has a 65 inch smart TV and comfy couch. The cute kitchenette is complete with a 2 burner induction stove top, dining table and office space. The bedroom opens to your laundry room, bathroom and back door to fenced sitting area. The space The words often used to describe this apartment is comfy, cozy and relaxing. Hence it feels like a Home Away From Home. The living room has plenty of seating and the dining table opens up so 4 can sit. So even when you have a couple people or family over for dinner it’s still cozy but not cramped. Guest access Your driveway is wide enough to park 2 cars side by side and if you have a guest over it is long enough that they could park behind yours. There is a small fenced in area out your back door with seating to let your fur baby out to do their business. While there is no smoking allowed inside you can smoke back there. It is also 420 friendly. My husband’s tool trailer is located in there towards the driveway. Occasionally he will need access it it between 8am-7pm. I will give you advance notice when he will be accessing it. Other things to note Dogs need to be crated when you are not there. If there is excessive barking you will be asked to come back and deal with them. We have a dog and will minimize his barking. I love working outside in the yard and tending to our animals which includes 9 chickens. So you will sometimes see me out there. My husband’s tool trailer is located in the fenced-in area. Occasionally he will need access to it. We limit the time accessing it between 8am-7pm. I will give you advance notice if he needs to access it.
