Bedroom #1 has a queen bed with a small sitting area, which includes a table for 2 & lounge chair. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed & twin trundle. The kitchenette is equipped with a Breville toaster oven, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker & grinder. The Flat has its own washer & dryer. A powerful portable air conditioning unit is provided for your comfort. The bathroom has a tiled shower & double vanity. Guests of The Flat may enjoy the creekside fire pit & our garden area—which includes seating, a hammock nestled between large trees & a charcoal grill. Guest access There is free parking on the property. Boat & snowmobile trailers can be accommodated. Public access to Intermediate Lake—which connects to the Upper Chain of Lakes— is 1 block away. Torch Lake is 4 miles from The Flat. Guests 12+ are welcome. Other things to note Our head mouser, Leo the black cat lives on the property & may try to sneak in, but he is not allowed ;-) You are more than welcome to feed him a can of tuna if you'd like. There is an EV charger 2 blocks from The Flat, at Merrie's Market.
