My husband and I have two awesome boys, and we have always vacationed in Delaware shore since our kids were young. We have many beautiful memories from the area, so we finally decided to buy a home here for all of us to enjoy for many more years to come, and we hope you do the same . We love to travel, but have certain criterias when we look for a place to stay whether it is for a hotel or at another AirBNB which is a comfortable and clean modern environment. We also value close local amenities that everyone can enjoy such as local shopping, restaurants, farmer's markets, vinyard, grocery store, etc, and our house is located very close to those amenities that we value when we travel. We hope our guests enjoy the experience we want to share with you when you come to stay at our house. The house includes open kitchen, dining, and living room; furnished patio with propane grill, and off street parking for 4 cars. There is a bedroom with a queen bed on the first floor with an easy access to a half bathroom. The second floor has the following: Master bedroom with bathroom (queen bed) Bunk Room (four twin beds) Guest Bedroom (queen bed) Full bathroom in the hallway Our home is beautifully furnished and decorated by a professional designer throughout with beautiful modern original paintings, designer chairs and high quality furnishings. Our brand new gourmet kitchen is equipped with new stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, microwave, disposal, refrigerator, and electric range. Shiny pristine white quartz countertops with an island provides you with an additional seating for a quick breakfast or gathering opportunity with your friends and family! A brand new washer and dryer are conviniently located for your use on the 2nd floor. Beautiful patio out back with tables, chairs, and gas grill for BBQ. Coffee Maker Type: standard drip, coffee filters and coffee ground provided. LINENS: The home will include pillows/pillow cases, blankets, duvet/ duvet cover, and fitted sheets. Please read the check out guide provided at the property, and follow what to do with used towels and linens. (Our linens get professionally washed for our guests upon each check out) Items Available for Guest Use: TVs (Two) hair dryer, toaster oven, blender/mixer, Rice Maker, Portable Baby Crib (located in Master Bedroom Closet, no linens provided, and guest must bring fitted sheets for the baby mattress) Feel free to use the 6 beach chairs in the garage and to temporarily store your beach belongings.  Please note, the apartment above the garage with separate access is reserved for owner's family only. The garage is used for access to the owner's family unit.  Parking is not allowed in the garage. Please provide access for owner to park on the very right side of the drive way. Owner's use will be the occasional weekend and to facilitate check in/check out. We ask that guests remove shoes at the entry to keep the carpet and floors clean.  Please keep all food and beverage at the first floor only. Guest access You will be provided with a code to gain access at the front door digital lock.  Please do not use the manual lock at the front door as access will only be through your digital code. Please note there are security cameras at the front door, rear, and side doors at the exterior only.   Please be mindful of the  refrigerator door when the dishwasher is open. Other things to note There's zero tolerance for smoking - cigarettes, vaping and others in the house. If someone in your group smokes, it must be done outside only, and NO LITTERING/ THROWING CIGARETTES in the yard allowed. It can be very dry at some seasons, and there's high chance of fire with these actions.
