The space Villa Topaz is an exclusive private property in West Bay featuring panoramic views from every room, a gourmet kitchen, rooftop pool and plunge pool with ample lounging areas. There are six king size suites complete with ensuite bathrooms and all the amenities you need to enjoy your vacation to the fullest. Each guest would have full access to two amazing Kitchens, the Infinity Edge Pool in the Main Villa and the plunge pool in the Guest Villa, not to mention all the other amenities that both Villas have to offer. (The Main Villa has four master suites and the Guest Villa has two master suites) There are views on both sides of the island. To the north is the turquoise waters of West Bay Beach and to the south is the Iron Shore and expansive ocean view. On a clear day you can even see Cayos Cochinos and the mainland of Honduras. There is no need to argue over the best bedroom - Each master suite is complete with a king size bed and luxurious sheets, comforters, pillows and towels. All four ensuite bathrooms have his and her sinks and outdoor showers with oversized rainheads. Each bedroom in the Main Villa has large sliding doors leading to your own private balcony - perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails! The three master suites on located on the main floor and an fourth master suite accessed from the ground floor. **NOTE: The fourth suite has it's own entrance on the lower level and consists of a king size bed, open wardrobe area, ensuite bathroom with an indoor shower, a balcony and shares the amenities of the upper floor entertainment area. The upper floor is entertainment central, with ample indoor and outdoor spaces. The rooftop deck is a guest favorite! Outside the double doors is the covered dining table and BBQ area, which leads to the outdoor living and lounging area, and the best part - the infinity edge pool overlooking West Bay Beach! You have the option to sip cocktails on the deck while watching the passing cruise ships to the south, or enjoy the pool and reef view to the north. Both central living spaces feature a complete gourmet kitchen with stainless steel gas ranges, French door refrigerators, dishwashers, microwaves and a beverage fridge in the Main Villa. These fully stocked spaces include all the amenities with the highest quality cookware, utensils, flatware, glasses and place settings. If you decide to eat in and enjoy grilling, you will appreciate cooking on the Weber grill just outside the double sliding doors. In the Main Villa, the cozy living room is perfect for a rainy day or an evening watching Netflix. There are both indoor and outdoor dining spaces - just in case the weather isn't cooperating - with seating for 8 at both tables. There is ample parking, private entrances to both villas, two amazing private pools, outdoor and indoor areas, two fully stocked kitchens and all the room you would need! Other things to note West Bay Beach is located just down the hill from us. It's about a 5 minute walk down to the beach! The pool is private and you are the only ones who have access to it. The washer and dryer are free for normal use. In our effort to conserve energy and our natural resources - air conditioning use in the bedrooms during the evenings (from 7 pm - 7 am) as well as in the Great Room (during the day) is included, however many of our guests have found that our typical breezes don't require the use of air conditioning. Additional usage can be discussed upon arrival if desired. We have solar panels on the villa, so there is no charge for normal electricity consumption (see note above re: air conditioning). We do ask to turn off all the lights and air conditioning when you leave.
