It addresses most important questions, FAQs, and rules! -Please see the "House rules" section of this listing for Age and other Restrictions, and other important rules, before booking! - The Community Pool is open from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend* (all weather permitting, and barring technical issues) 9am-7pm (Hours might be extended until 9pm later; Senior-only [55+] swim is 9-10am). Guests must obey ALL pool rules or risk being ejected (if serious offense - for rest of stay and fined). - Parking: The driveway can fit up to ~5-6 vehicles (compactly parked, regular-sized). Overnight street parking is not allowed in the community. - The central AC covers the main floor. We have installed a large, 14,000 BTU portable AC system downstairs for the hotter days. (It usually stays at a stable, comfortable temperature year-round on its own). - Noise/rules: Please keep down any outside noise, especially after dark, and remember to respect the neighbors' comfort by the property, and in public spaces. ★ Outdoor Amenities on Property★ - 4 Burner BBQ Grill (We try to keep the propane tank full, but if it is empty, guests may refill it nearby) - Lakeside firepit w/outdoor seating (Bring your own firewood - neatly bundled, cut/dried firewood may be purchased nearby) - 3 kayaks w/paddles and life vests ★ General Info ★ Our lake house is a large lake front property, located in a serene private community, with majestic nature all around. This means your own private access to the large beautiful lake (just through the backyard), plenty of space for your whole group to gather (or have privacy), and a clean, comfortable home for your stay. ★ Property Details ★ *6 Bedrooms:* - Mostly 12" mattresses of foam/latex and/or coil hybrids - total of 19 sleeping spaces (including top bunks, not including extra spaces). - 2 pillows (soft+firm) per sleeping space. Guest access Our guests have access to the entire lake house property, including the front, the house, the yard, and the lake! Any areas not accessible to guests (such as the supply closet, utility rooms etc.) are locked. Please do not tamper with locks or try to access these areas, as they are for property maintenance, and do not contain anything interesting anyway! :) Other things to note This property is located inside a private gated community - you will have access to amenities such as the pool (seasonally) and tennis/basketball court, and must also remember to respect and obey community rules and regulations.
