This ocean-facing unit is perfect for a small family looking to enjoy a quiet beach vacation. The space Home includes the following Amenities: -(1) Queen Size Bed, (2) Single Beds, (1) Queen Pullout Couch Bed, Smart TV, WiFi, Local Cable, Linens, Beach & Bath Towels, Dining Area, and Fully Equipt Kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, coffeepot, etc. Home also includes the following Shared Amenities: -Washer/Dryer, Outdoor Shower, Gas BBQ, Bicycles, Beach Toys & Beach Chairs. Nearby City Amenities within 2 Minute Walk: Basketball, Racketball, Children's Playground, & Beach Volleyball Other things to note IMPORTANT HOME NOTES: - Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking. -Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit. - Upon arrival, the guest agrees to be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management. - Guests submitting a reservation the same day as their arrival date are advised to message Tower 17 Properties prior to submitting their request. Same-day reservations may be required to accept a later than advertised arrival time of 5 pm to ensure the completion of our cleaning and inspection process. - Guests arriving or departing before or after designated arrival and departure times without written consent from Tower 17 Properties and Management will be charged a $299 fee and applicable taxes. Guests departing after 1pm will be charged for the additional nightly rate as advertised. If an unapproved late departure impacts the arrival of an incoming guest, the departing reservation is subject to penalties and fines including but not limited to the refund of the incoming reservation. - Must be 30+ Years Old to Rent - Parking on the Street/Parking Lot Only - Tenant Occupancy (6) Day and Night unless a written exception is given. -This is the ground-level unit of a multi-family home. - Noise from other units, neighboring homes, and beachgoers should be expected. - Although somewhat rare, the patio may be shared at times with the Owner/Owner's Family. -Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc. - This ground-level home has 2 single stairs (8 inches high) along the outside walkway. Once inside, there are no stairs between the patio and the home. This home is perfect for those with mobility issues. - Laundry is shared and is Coin Operated. -Portable freestanding 12,000 BTU AC units are available to rent at a fixed rate of $399 each for up to 7 nights.
